Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to understand data requirements and business objectives.
Design and develop engaging, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI, aligned with brand and UX standards.
Clean, transform, and model datasets using Power Query, DAX, and SQL where needed.
Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling visual narratives.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.
Establish and promote best practices around data visualization, usability, and dashboard design.
Assist with data governance, performance tuning, and report optimization.
Work closely with Indigo Slate, Foolproof, and Zensar teams on marketing-focused projects.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a data visualization, BI, or information design role.
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and report publishing/service features.
Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL processes.
Experience with SQL.
A keen eye for design principles—layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and interactivity.
Ability to think critically about data accuracy, story flow, and stakeholder needs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, business).
Must be based in Colombia and have legal right to work in the country.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
