About the role
- Establish new PM agreements for power generation maintenance
- Promote & establish strong customer relationships
- Promptly respond to customer requests for proposals/estimates
- Communicate with CPS personnel on customer agreement/contract terms
- Ensure contracts meet minimum profit expectations
- Regular communication with service personnel for PM schedule coordination
- Provide follow-up communication on proposals
- Perform weekly site visits
- Develop proposals in accordance with scope of supply
- Assemble supporting documentation for awarded jobs
Requirements
- Professional Communication skills
- Ability to seek new opportunities for establishing new PM agreements
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Capacity to promptly respond to customer requests for proposals/estimates
- Ability to communicate and assess customer agreement/contract terms
- Capacity to maintain professional communication with customers
- Experience in administrative processing and proposal development
- Must be trained and proficient in all systems and applications relevant to providing estimates and PM proposals
