• Identify market opportunities and facilitate sales transactions of mtu generators and related power generation products/solutions
• Track and influence projects from design phase to implementation
• Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems
• Learn and understand how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work
• Prepare sales activity reports to assist in capturing data analytics and market trends
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and end-user accounts
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and perform electrical formula calculations
• Assemble quotations and technical submittals based by interpreting and reading electrical single line diagrams and equipment specifications

Inside Sales Engineer

Field Engineer

• Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
• Maintain open communication with management regarding job status, updates, and changes
• Use low and high voltage load banks for testing and repair of generator sets
• Determine corrective action through inspection of failed parts
• Order replacement parts and services in an efficient manner
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to the engine, generator, or components
• Perform startup and commissioning on large genset units with automatic transfer switches

Lead Power Generation Field Service Technician

• Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls
• Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status, updates, and changes

• Facilitate completion of budgets, cost report workpapers, and ad hoc reports under the direction of the CFO.
• Work directly with CFO on planning and strategy.
• Oversee cashflow and internal controls.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance of the company including budget management.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Accurately reconcile/review general ledger accounts on a timely basis and follow up on any reconciling items.
• Maintain accuracy of the balance sheet and ensure account reconciliations are completed timely and accurately.
