Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales success
- A hunter’s mindset – you love the chase and excel at driving net new sales
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working independently
- A natural connector — personable, gregarious, and skilled at building trust
- Strong communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting
