About the role

  • Provide first-class customer service
  • Manage customer needs
  • Resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Work alongside the Incora customer team
  • Participate in a 3 week rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 22:30, 20:00 - 06:30

Requirements

  • Exceptional at working on your own initiative
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable running and contributing to meetings with the customer
  • Ability to articulate updates with ease
  • Passion for Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations
