About the role
- Provide first-class customer service
- Manage customer needs
- Resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders
- Work alongside the Incora customer team
- Participate in a 3 week rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 22:30, 20:00 - 06:30
Requirements
- Exceptional at working on your own initiative
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable running and contributing to meetings with the customer
- Ability to articulate updates with ease
- Passion for Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations
