Product Manager

• Manage the workflow of a cross-functional software development team on our InControl charger management system.
• Communicate, collaborate, study, and engage with our user community to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, hardware, software, QA, hardware, sales, service, project management, and marketing to ensure that our software products are aligned with corporate objectives.
• Draft clear, actionable, and testable Product Requirements Documents, tickets for designers and developers, and engage with those team members to collect their input and ideas.
• Utilize AI-based tools to create documents, clickable prototypes, and streamlined workflows.
• Translate software roadmap strategic goals into practical implementations. Work with remote teams and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
• Build and nurture the community of developers utilizing our platform.
• Support Sales with product demonstrations, assistance with proposals, training, and building relationships with prospects and customers.
• Align our software with Marketing's brand guidelines and provide product training and documentation to assist them in their efforts.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
• Understand our competitive positioning and identify ways to win market share and improve key metrics.

Associate Product Manager

Technician

• Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure with precision using advanced tools and techniques, from computer diagnostics to basic electrical repairs
• Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations and coordinate seamlessly with third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution
• Ensure all services and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, with a keen focus on resource allocation and client satisfaction
• Proactively offer clients additional services, including service agreements, preventative maintenance plans, InControl monitoring software, and other revenue-generating items. Create warm leads for the sales team to explore opportunities for selling additional EV chargers and ask for referrals to expand our customer base
• Provide and maintain your own basic hand tools required for performing work on EV chargers
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a high standard of safety practices while working with high voltage and in various environmental conditions
• Track charging infrastructure performance, provide detailed progress reports, and escalate issues to management as needed
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism at client sites and foster strong relationships with third parties/vendors

EVCS Technician

Sales

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow adoption of InControl and transition customers from competitive CMS platforms to InCharge InControl
• Identify and close enterprise opportunities with fleets, municipalities, utilities, retailers, multifamily operators, and commercial property owners
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
• Identify opportunities within existing charger deployments to migrate software platforms and expand recurring revenue
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of recurring software revenue opportunities
• Conduct consultative sales engagements focused on customer operational needs, reporting, energy management, asset management and fleet charging optimization
• Present software demonstrations, business cases, ROI analysis, and technical overviews to executive stakeholders
• Understand customer charging infrastructure environments and position software solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements
• Support strategic partnerships with OEMs, EPCs, fleet operators, utilities, and channel partners to drive InCharge CMS and asset management
• Work alongside InCharge CMS partners to drive solutions that best fits customer needs
• Assist channel partners with software positioning, training, and joint sales activities
• Meet or exceed software revenue, subscription, and pipeline targets
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce CRM
• Develop account growth strategies focused on long-term recurring revenue and customer retention
• Monitor competitive CMS platforms, EV charging software trends, and emerging market opportunities
• Provide feedback to product and leadership teams regarding customer needs, market gaps, and feature enhancements
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry networking events.

Enterprise Software Sales Manager

Account Executive

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all sales opportunities in assigned region for or commercial division focusing on the following verticals; fleets, school bus, ports, transit
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with current accounts and end customers. Focus on OEM distributors to be a strategic partner and drive sales in the region
• Help develop full EV charging solutions that include EV charging hardware, fleet software, solar, battery storage systems, EPC, warranties and service & support
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow revenues
• Help customers understand local, state and federals incentives and grants
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
