• Design and implementation of automation workflows across the entire customer journey — from lead generation to customer success.
• Development of campaigns, email campaigns, forms and landing pages in close collaboration with content and design colleagues.
• Building and optimizing CRM structures, lead scoring models and attribution setups.
• Creation and analysis of dashboards and reports, and deriving actionable recommendations.
• Supporting customer onboardings and delivering HubSpot training sessions.
• Continuous optimization and ongoing development for our clients.

HubSpot Consultant – Full-time, Part-time

Strategy

• Strategic consulting of our clients in close collaboration with marketing and sales leaders as well as with executive management
• Designing and facilitating workshops to develop complex go-to-market strategies, positioning, and lead-generation concepts, both remotely and on-site
• Preparing strategy concepts, presentations and profitability analyses
• Independently planning and managing consulting and implementation projects
• Building and developing client relationships as the primary point of contact
• Close coordination with the implementation team to ensure strategy and execution align in practice
• Identifying development potential in existing accounts and actively participating in acquiring new clients
