About the role
- Support the Operations team with all back office and administrative tasks.
- Process order confirmations from suppliers quickly and efficiently.
- Follow up with suppliers when orders are overdue and resolve issues with discrepancies with Goods In.
- Maintain all Supply Chain relevant documentation in accordance with the company’s quality requirements.
- Process daily transaction files to confirm shipping and device associations.
- Provide general support to the supply chain department to achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong office admin skills, with competency using MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
