About the role

  • Managing, supporting, developing retail partnerships and responsible for revenue growth on a global basis
  • Nurture long-term relationships with global retailer partners
  • Plan and forecast retailer channel performance
  • Drive revenues, deliver revenue targets and objectives specific to these channels
  • Retailer promotional planning and support
  • Execute strategic meetings with all retail partners to establish best practice and optimise sales cadences
  • Responsible for working closely with the Genba Publishing Commercial Managers to align all activities with the content publishers/owners
  • Analysing business strategy and setting objectives
  • Manage end to end retailer account performance
  • Provide robust support for Retailers to dissect business objectives, prioritise, and monitor sales growth

Requirements

  • E-commerce commercial background
  • 2-4 years’ experience in sales, business development, account management with revenue responsibility
  • Experience in digital sales is an advantage, but not essential
  • Previous experience in videogames industry from a retail/ecommerce background is an advantage, but not essential
  • Proven track record for achieving targets
