About the role
- As an Account Manager for IMP, you will give best in class support to ensure our customer’s needs and priorities are being are met.
- You will introduce new products to them that can optimise and help them with their plans for growth.
- Manage internal relationships, stay abreast of regular system changes, and build strong links with our customers.
- The Account Management team are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with IMP Customers.
- They work closely with Trusts to understand their needs and goals, showcase solutions to support them and win business.
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and goals.
- Develop and implement solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services.
- Forecast and track sales metrics.
- Work closely with our dedicated customer success team to ensure customer delight.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.
Requirements
- Experience in the Education sector, ideally working with MATs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- 2-4 years BDM/Account management experience
- Experience with the commercial side of account management
- Experience working in a fast paced role and not phased by this
