About the role

  • As an Account Manager for IMP, you will give best in class support to ensure our customer’s needs and priorities are being are met.
  • You will introduce new products to them that can optimise and help them with their plans for growth.
  • Manage internal relationships, stay abreast of regular system changes, and build strong links with our customers.
  • The Account Management team are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with IMP Customers.
  • They work closely with Trusts to understand their needs and goals, showcase solutions to support them and win business.
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services.
  • Forecast and track sales metrics.
  • Work closely with our dedicated customer success team to ensure customer delight.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Education sector, ideally working with MATs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • 2-4 years BDM/Account management experience
  • Experience with the commercial side of account management
  • Experience working in a fast paced role and not phased by this
