About the role
- Oversee global casework using technology and ensure efficient, accurate processes
- Assist in client account management, onboarding, and supervise ongoing protocol
- Maintain accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases and monitor SLAs
- Handle VIP or complex global cases as needed
- Flex hours to accommodate client and destination country time zones
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, including quarterly and annual reviews
- Manage team workload distribution, case flow, team dynamics, and meet SLAs and billing targets
- Train, supervise, and mentor case managers and assistants; perform reviews of their work
- Monitor reports, dashboards and case correspondence to ensure SLAs
- Maintain advanced understanding of global immigration legal requirements and update knowledge resources
- Collaborate in vetting, engaging, and training new local advisors
- Support the Global Practice headquartered in Petoskey, Michigan; remote applicants considered, expected to work Eastern Time hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
- 5 years of global immigration experience (non-US destinations) required; 7+ years preferred
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
