About the role
- Manage several programs including Refugee Employment Service, Pre-Employment training, and Refugee Career Pathway
- Oversee day-to-day program operations, including budget planning and tracking
- Monitor program outcomes and support services, and supervise staff across all sector programs
- Collaborate with the Division Director to manage communications, provide leadership and guidance to staff
- Ensure adherence to program standards, and develop strategies to meet program benchmarks
- Conduct regular program reviews to improve efficiency and support compliance
