About the role

  • Manage several programs including Refugee Employment Service, Pre-Employment training, and Refugee Career Pathway
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, including budget planning and tracking
  • Monitor program outcomes and support services, and supervise staff across all sector programs
  • Collaborate with the Division Director to manage communications, provide leadership and guidance to staff
  • Ensure adherence to program standards, and develop strategies to meet program benchmarks
  • Conduct regular program reviews to improve efficiency and support compliance
