About the role
- Write and edit marketing copy for product lines across digital and print channels, including website content, email campaigns, product descriptions, blogs, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to implement positioning and messaging strategies that align with identified market opportunities and sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales/support teams to develop sales enablement resources and support documentation for internal teams, ensuring consistent communication of product value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop customer-facing content in campaign initiatives and product launches, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency that clearly communicates product features, benefits, and value.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform content optimization and strategy refinements.
- Participate in product team meetings and contribute insights on market trends, customer feedback, and content effectiveness
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, education, or related field
- 2+ years of professional writing and copy-editing experience, preferably in marketing or content creation roles
- Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that meet desired plans and goals including engagement, conversion, growth, and ROI.
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices and content optimization techniques
- Excellent project management and organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling copy for diverse audiences and marketing channels
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, error-free content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Experience in integrating AI tools into content creation and editing workflows
- Some experience with K-12 education and/or knowledge of homeschool curricula or education products (preferred)
