- Pitch Precision: Support the New Business team by assembling high-impact presentations and maintaining master credential decks for the Imagination suite of services.
- Project Stewardship: Maintain organized digital ecosystems and facilitate smooth financial workflows by liaising between Project Management and Finance for invoicing and expenses.
- Executive Support: Manage high-level scheduling, agenda preparation, and expense reporting as needed.
- Meeting Mastery: Coordinate internal and external functions where needed, providing meticulous contact reports and ensuring all follow-up actions are executed.
- Culture & Environment: Lead the charge on office communications and the planning of agency events—from happy hours and offsites to bespoke branded gifting and community drives.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of proven professional work experience
- Excellent communication skills—this is a client-facing role and requires the skil communicate well at all levels.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Proven efficiency, strong accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong numeracy and database management skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as Google Slides and Sheets competency is essential
- Familiarity with local and national restaurants, venues, and hotels beneficial to the role
