About the role

  • Ability to build and grow strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business that allows us to help influencing their thinking
  • Provide highly responsive client service ensuring very high levels of client satisfaction
  • Manages reverse brief process with clients
  • Propose new initiatives that help sustain and develop the account
  • Effectively manage client communication, status updates and briefings to ensure the client is aware of delivery schedule
  • Constantly looks for opportunities to grow their clients business
  • Build relationships with your clients key external agencies
  • Manages client project debrief process
  • Oversee a team of account managers and coordinators, providing them guidance and checking quality of work
  • Play internal client at all stages of the project. You will come to be respected for your understanding of the client, their brand and their business priorities
  • Design, understand and manage the scope and its deliverables lists
  • Work closely with creative teams, production team and third party suppliers in developing briefs, timelines and running day-to-day the projects
  • Design and collaborate on a workback schedule with all departments. Ensure deadlines are communicated internally and externally and delivered accurately
  • Ensure internal departments have necessary information to execute on the deliverables list and communicate with clients on those needs
  • Ownership of agenda, meetings & client calls
  • Work with Resource Management to manage client workload (current and forecast)
  • Works closely with the specialized Production Leads in the delivery of projects
  • Oversee budgets, change orders, and fee structure
  • Understand burn reports
  • Manages internal project debriefs
  • Manages the case study production process to ensure your clients projects are added to our case study library
  • Oversees the project budget creation process and schedules. Reviews and approves the project budgets and schedules to ensure they are in line with the overall project delivery timelines
  • Accountable for all project revenue. Meet/exceed all defined project revenue targets defined by the client. Monitored and reported monthly
  • Work closely with your Client Service, Director in the growth and development of your clients
  • Ensures Team process compliance (creative, financial & system)
  • Accountable for timely reconciliation and client communication

Requirements

  • 10 + years experience working in an agency environment
  • Has sound experience across multiple channels specifically events, experiential activations, exhibition design, digital, social media, screen content production and marcomms programs
  • The ability to work on and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Team player, must be flexible, inclusive, positive and helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Leads by behavior and attitude, not through position or tenure
  • Thinks strategically – knowledge of Imagination and Client practices

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on occasion as required by client workload
  • Must be able to travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time.
