Designer

• Definition of the machine or plant layout.
• Design of components, machine assemblies, and format parts, including modifications and updates to existing designs.
• Development of the mechanical aspects of new functions, assemblies, and components, based on regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Mechanical design in compliance with project timelines and cost targets.
• Preparation and updating of the bill of materials (BOM) to ensure proper launch into production of the machine or its components.
• Evaluation of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and treatments required to ensure the functional performance of components.
• Contribution to the definition of safety requirements and participation in risk assessments (product, process, and operator safety).
• Monitoring and updating of technical project documentation (specifications, drawings, BOMs, project archiving, and assembly documentation).
• Support in the preparation of the machine technical file and testing protocols, in collaboration with the Documentation Department.
• Participation in testing and experimental trials on new assemblies or functionalities.
• Continuous interface with various departments within the division (production, quality, R&D, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Support, when required, to pre-sales, after-sales, and marketing activities.

Mechanical Designer

Accountant

• Process and record cash receipts, reconcile GL receipts to cash receipts schedule.
• Collaborate with customers to correct any invoicing issues, to ensure timely payment.
• Distribute accounts receivable statements to customers.
• Ensure that the customer master data accurately reflects the customers purchase order/invoice data.
• Assist with accounts payable and payroll to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Support the proper filing of sales tax.
• Monitor the cash flow reporting.
• Support the development of financial forecasts.
• Support month-end closing and monthly reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.
• Assist with daily and weekly journal entry requirements.
• Support the processing and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements/reports.
• Consistently observe and promote good accounting practices as well as site/corporate requirements for self, department, and all contractors, visitors, and guests.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain strong internal controls throughout the business unit to adequately safeguard the assets of the company and to identify potential risks in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update internal controls narratives and documentation.
• Provide support with annual financial statement audit. Complete requested materials on a timely basis.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, opportunities for improvement, to identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

General Accountant

Field Engineer

• Perform preventive maintenance on IMA Life freeze-drying equipment installed worldwide, ensuring safe and efficient operation
• Troubleshoot system errors and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore equipment functionality
• Support equipment commissioning and, when not in the field, assist with production, testing, and customer service tasks
• Complete and manage documentation and computer records required for service execution and quality tracking
• Remain available for on-call support as required by service agreements
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites with punctuality and appropriate conduct
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence

Field Service Technician

Manager

• Provide the first point of contact for customers for technical resolution of issues
• Supply of timely and accurate technical solutions
• Complete on-site customer visits to gather information on customers' issues
• Work with Product Line Manager to develop spare & change parts packages
• Consistently observe and promote SHEQ site requirements for self, department, and all contractors, visitors, and guests.
• Manage a team of technicians, engineers, administrative support, etc.
• Act as primary the technical interface between Customer Service, Engineering, and the customer
• Perform project related engineering tasks for Customer Service projects as needed
• Update internal customers on available improvements and replacements for obsolete items for specific equipment
• Direct/coordinate/manage technical solutions for the technicians/engineers
• Apply product understanding and process knowledge to the development of improved product and increased performance
• Periodically update & hone technical skills & knowledge via formal education, seminars, and certificate programs

Technical Service Manager

Product Manager

• Il Product Manager è la figura che fornisce supporto all’area vendite definendo e configurando la soluzione tecnica secondo le specifiche e le esigenze del cliente.
• Prepara gli elaborati tecnici preliminari, come layout 2D e flowsheet d’impianto, e redige l’offerta economica attraverso piattaforma gestionale CRM.
• Dopo l’acquisizione dell’ordine, organizza i kick off con cliente e Uffici Tecnici;
• Supporta gli Uffici Tecnici nella definizione dei costi e delle performance dell’impianto;

Product Manager – Automazione Impianti

Project Manager

• Gestire i progetti in linea con i requisiti del cliente e pianificare in dettaglio attività tempi e costi;
• Collaborare con il Sales Manager/Product Manager di riferimento all’eventuale revisione dell’ordine e dei termini contrattuali;
• Effettuare e condividere con il team di progetto l’emissione delle specifiche tecniche (MIP) e della divulgazione di tutti i documenti validi al momento dell’ordine (es. URS, Deviation List);
• Sviluppare assieme a Logistica / Operations la pianificazione di progetto (Gantt) e gestire le varie fasi di quest’ultimo (Design Review, Riesame della Progettazione, FAT, etc.);
• Organizzare e gestire i kick off meeting interni e con cliente;
• Coordinare i meeting periodici di avanzamento lavori con il team di supporto condividendo le liste di controllo del progetto (Project Issue List, Deviation List, Punch List post FAT, ecc.);
• Gestire la comunicazione con il cliente monitorando, insieme all’Assistente, l’adempimento dei termini contrattuali e occupandosi degli eventuali Change Orders, curandone la successiva formalizzazione e pianificazione;
• Allineare il Sales Manager e la Direzione su eventuali criticità del progetto, gestendo insieme a loro eventuali escalation da parte del cliente;
• Pianificare, gestire e partecipare a tutte le fasi salienti del progetto incluso il FAT, e verificare la chiusura della punch list post FAT, coordinando il passaggio di informazioni e di consegne al team di SAT (Post Vendita);
