About the role
- performing accounting activities related to equity, corporate accruals, and accounting reserves
- support in the protection of our company’s assets; includes performing month-end account analysis, reconciliations, journal entry posting
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and record corporate accruals and quarterly reserves
- reconcile and prepare consolidated equity roll forward and equity related SEC disclosures
- assist in accounting projects and other corporate accounting functions as needed
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years and a Master’s degree
- experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus
- CPA certificate and relevant industry accounting experience is a plus
- knowledge of US GAAP
- knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
