About the role

  • Start a 30-month apprenticeship programme designed to kick-start your career in the People profession.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the workplace and academic study.
  • Participate in up to six different placements across various People Function areas including Change, Talent, Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and more.
  • Provide essential People services and support the delivery of the Colleague Strategy.
  • Work on big projects like organisational change and talent planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 GCSE’s Grade 4 (C) and above including Maths and English language
  • 2 A-Levels in any subject at grade A* - D or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age by 7th September 2026
  • Not eligible if currently holding or working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject
  • Must provide original certificates and / or predicted grades / transcripts as proof for eligibility checks
