About the role

  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with presales and sales teams to translate customer needs into compelling, technically sound solutions and presentations.
  • Develop architectural documentation, including solution diagrams, technical proposals, design specifications, and integration patterns.
  • Review and validate solution architectures from engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, patterns, and tools tailored to specific customer contexts
  • Develop architectural blueprints, guidelines, and patterns for application, data, integration, and cloud architectures.
  • Advise on technology selection, frameworks, and architectural patterns tailored to specific customer contexts.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., cloud-native services, AI/ML platforms, integration technologies, microservices).
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluating how they can enhance solution offerings and customer outcomes.
  • Assess opportunities to modernize legacy systems through re-architecture, refactoring, or re-platforming.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise-level engineering.
  • Proven experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native solutions, and integration architectures.
  • Experience supporting sales and presales activities such as solution proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong expertise in modern architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven systems, domain-driven design (DDD), and API-first development.
  • Solid understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, and integration architecture.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF);
  • Experience in agile software development processes and methodologies, DevOps approach and associated technologies (e.g. dependency management, CI/CD, cloudbased environments, cloud architecture, REST APIs)
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
