About the role
- Create and refine player-facing documentation, including user guides, online help, and product specifications for marketing and operations.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation by aligning with product updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, producers, mathematicians, QA, compliance, and other stakeholders to capture new features and procedures.
- Review and enhance existing materials to improve clarity, completeness, and user experience.
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge bases to support effective cross-team communication and collaboration.
- Independently manage multiple documentation projects, conducting expert interviews and delivering high quality outputs across global teams and time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MadCap Flare, Git, HTML, CSS, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Skilled in research-driven, process-oriented writing, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply complex information.
- Experience in gaming or gambling industries is a plus, along with a strong foundation in math and critical thinking.
- Familiar with content management systems and documentation tools, with sound decision-making skills in dynamic environments.
