💰 $72,420 - $115,870 per year

About the role

  • Become an expert in Residential Solar and the unique factors driving IGS Solar’s supply chain strategy.
  • Deploy inventory to fulfill our network of installers’ equipment needs across 14+ states.
  • Develop systems & processes to optimize how IGS tracks millions in inventory.
  • Manage relationships & coordinate shipments to key distributors & installers.
  • Lead inventory reporting and support contract compliance.
  • Collaborate across internal & external teams: IT, Resi Solar Operations, Legal, Regulatory, Manufacturers, Investors, Finance, Insurance, Business Development.
  • Perform ad-hoc business analysis and present actionable recommendations to IGS Solar leadership team.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or other applicable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or technology.
  • Experience in Renewable Energy a plus.
  • A passion for the rigor and dedication demanded by being a member of an emerging business at IGS.
  • Curiosity, a positive attitude, self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and a bias for action.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, advanced document management skills, technologically savvy, acute attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt, grow and thrive in periods of uncertainty in an ever-changing competitive environment.
  • Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively.
  • Experience building standard operating procedures.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
