About the role
- Generate and qualify leads for residential solar through assigned territory
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, assess eligibility for solar
- Conduct thorough in-person consultations and presentations to educate customers on solar products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of lease agreements and installations
- Build confidence, generate excitement, and maintain consumer interest through effective communication
- Manage full cycle sales process using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support for inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related professional experience is preferred
- Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record, a reliable personal vehicle, auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state
- Experience with residential/direct to consumer sales and CRM software is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time for quarterly training events, sales meetings and team events
