About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including hourly, exempt, and technical positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture alignment
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and start-date coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
- Provide regular updates and recruiting insights to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or a blend of both)
- Experience supporting hiring in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
