Implementation Specialist

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ADP Workforce Now, including system setup, module configuration, and workflow design.
• Configure ADP to accommodate both U.S. payroll employees and international non-paid employee records, maintaining data integrity across both populations.
• Establish ADP Workforce Now as the authoritative system of record (source of truth) for all employee data organization-wide.
• Configure the Time & Attendance module to support time-off request workflows appropriate for an all-exempt workforce.
• Design and implement a reliable, accurate data feed between ADP Workforce Now and Sage Intacct to support financial reporting and general ledger requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to map employee and payroll data fields between platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization's chart of accounts and reporting structure.
• Conduct thorough testing of the integration, validate data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies prior to go-live.
• Document integration specifications, data mapping, and ongoing maintenance procedures.
• Develop and manage an implementation project plan with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP and liaise with internal HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitate training sessions for HR and administrative staff on ADP platform functionality.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project delivery.

ADP Workforce Now Implementation Specialist

Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and programs
• Work closely with the customer to ensure action items are closed and support is provided where needed
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between customers and internal CFT
• Lead CFT meetings and maintain action trackers shared internally and with the customer
• Monitor project schedules and production commitments; identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery, cost, or quality
• Drive resolution of issues affecting project timelines and escalate when needed to ensure timely closure
• Manage and communicate internal metrics (inventory turns, quality, OTD, tariffs/duty recovery, PPV, E&O, etc.) and customer-facing metrics on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Review MSA terms and conditions; coordinate with Account Management on end-of-life agreements and contract reviews
• Maintain profitability per company objectives; review project costs vs. quotations to ensure margin targets are met
• Present Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory to the customer monthly and drive resolution through an E&O Mitigation Plan

Senior Project Manager – Contract

Procurement

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies for custom fabricated components and related commodities.
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers capable of supporting complex manufacturing requirements.
• Drive supplier consolidation, dual-sourcing initiatives, and supply chain resiliency programs.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs while conducting supplier evaluations and competitive analysis.
• Perform total cost of ownership (TCO), should-cost modeling, benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, payment terms, inventory programs, and commercial agreements.
• Deliver annual cost savings and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.

• Present sourcing strategies, supplier recommendations, cost reduction initiatives, and risk mitigation plans to leadership.
• Support enterprise-wide supplier standardization and procurement best practices.

Global Commodity Manager – Custom Parts, Strategic Sourcing

General Counsel

• Serve as a key legal business partner supporting high-priority initiatives across clinical development, R&D, IT, operations, and corporate functions
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of complex agreements, including: Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Ancillary clinical agreements (SCCs, LOIs, DRAs, LRAs), Informed Consent Forms (ICFs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work, CRO and vendor agreements, Technology and IT contracts, Consulting agreements, Confidential Disclosure / NDA agreements
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel, CROs, vendors, and business leaders to move initiatives forward efficiently
• Advise on legal and regulatory considerations impacting pharmaceutical R&D, clinical operations, contracting, and data privacy
• Support broader legal department initiatives, special projects, and evolving business needs in a dynamic growth environment
• Help build scalable legal processes that support innovation while protecting the organization.
