About the role
- Lead Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams delivering client-facing projects for a Navy IT Command
- Guide teams through Agile processes and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Remove roadblocks and ensure timely, efficient delivery of solutions
- Ensure collaboration between engineering teams and Navy stakeholders
- Align project outcomes with Navy objectives and security requirements
- Participate in government security investigations and maintain eligibility for classified access
Requirements
- 10+ years’ relevant experience or bachelor's degree and 7+ years’ of relevant experience or master's degree and 5+ years’ of relevant experience as a Scrum Master
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Strong understanding of Navy IT systems, processes, and security requirements
- Experience leading Data Engineering and AI/ML Engineering teams
- Proficiency facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
- Ability to remove roadblocks and ensure collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders
- Desired: Active DoD Secret Clearance
