About the role
- Answer incoming calls and emails, maximizing sales of cruise holiday products and ancillaries
- Manage reservations after booking, making amendments and navigating various reservation systems
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
- Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, finding solutions and de-escalating issues
- Build valuable relationships with customers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Complete all administrative tasks with high levels of diligence and accuracy
- Proactively share customer feedback and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Impeccable verbal and written skills with proven persuasive, influencing, and negotiation abilities
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs
- History of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a sales or service environment
- Understanding of cruise products and destinations (prior travel experience or industry knowledge is a distinct advantage)
- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail to ensure error-free work
