Manage Offpage SEO: evaluate and analyze websites with SEO tools, implement and own link-building campaigns, communicate with partners, locate and remove poor backlinks, review competitors' backlink profiles
Manage Onpage SEO: perform keyword research and competitor screenings, perform and approve on-page checks, implement technical SEO basics, optimise page content, elements and meta tags, apply on-page linking strategies, communicate SEO fixes to in-house teams and freelancers
Monitoring and reporting of task/project results
Attend regular learning sessions and stay informed about SEO news and market evolution
Collaborate with international teams and freelancers; contribute to improving site SEO performance
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Dutch
Good working knowledge of English (our company language)
1+ years of experience in SEO management
Confidence in using SEO tools (Sistrix, Ahrefs, Majestics, etc.)
Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices
Understanding the role of SEO in online marketing
Knowledge about crawling settings
Understanding of mobile optimization
Logical and analytical thinker
Structured work approach and self-driven
Positive attitude and willingness to ask questions
Quick learner
Proactive, patient, and flexible in approaching new tasks and challenges
