About the role
- Enhance the visibility and performance of Metricool's website in SERPs through strategic and ethical SEO
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords
- Perform on-page optimization (meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, URL structures)
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize content
- Develop and implement link building strategies to improve authority
- Manage international SEO for different languages and regions
- Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio and other SEO tools; generate reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and SEO audits; stay updated on algorithm changes
- Work on conversion rate optimization and landing page improvements
- Provide SEO guidance and training to internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, content, and marketing teams
- Onboarding plan: first month learning team and processes; first quarter autonomy and impact
Requirements
- Based in Spain
- 5+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist
- Specialization in International SEO
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Valued Skills: CRO and SEM
- Outstanding ability to communicate (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, proactivity, and self-leadership
- Self-starter with strong autonomy
- Proven excellence in writing and communication
- Fluent in Spanish; English is helpful
