About the role

  • Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce, analytics tools, and system integrations
  • Ensure marketing technologies are seamlessly connected to deliver a unified view of the customer journey
  • Design, document, and continuously improve standardized marketing workflows to enable scalable campaign execution
  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from capture and scoring to routing, enrichment, and nurturing
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports measuring campaign performance, return on investment, and pipeline contribution
  • Provide operational and technical support for multi-channel campaigns across email, digital media, web, and events
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, information technology, and other stakeholders to align processes and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or revenue operations
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, with Salesforce experience required; Pardot experience is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of lead management, data governance, and performance reporting
  • Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
