About the role
- Lead and participate in Nordic and local key strategic projects and development initiatives within the Nordic Property Claims unit
- Range of initiatives from digital development and business performance analysis to process and customer journey development
- Collaborate closely with Agile IT teams
Requirements
- Working proficiency in English and Finnish, additional Nordic language is a plus
- Solid educational background with a university degree in a relevant field (business or technology)
- Background of at least 3 years from management consulting industry and leading complex projects in international environment
- Relevant experience from IT development, data analytics, insurance, and financial services and/or the property, construction or animal health industry is a plus
