• Leading a friendly and talented group of UX Designers in placed in our offices in Espoo, Turku and Vækerø.
• Balancing leadership with hands-on design, also working in a cross-functional delivery team.
• Driving UX design processes including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and working with our design system.
• Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members can turn for sparring, sharing, and continuous learning.
• Conducting development dialogues, compensation reviews, and recruitment.
• Working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensuring the right level of design support.
