About the role
- Managing international training and mobility projects for either students or staff
- Manage internships, volunteering, youth exchanges and training courses.
- Follow and manage project timetables, identify implementation risks, work on solutions
- Prepare and submit Monitoring reports to responsible Managing Authorities
- Manage communication to third parties and stakeholders during project implementation
- Draft Applications and Technical Proposals under managing international training and mobility projects like internships, volunteering, youth exchanges and training courses.
- Participate in the formulation of vivid partnerships in order to send or receive students/staff
Requirements
- Academic background with a Bachelor's or/and a Master’s degree
- Excellent English Knowledge (both written and oral).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Mobilities field
- Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)
- Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines
- Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
- Administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a strong asset.
