About the role

  • Managing international training and mobility projects for either students or staff
  • Manage internships, volunteering, youth exchanges and training courses.
  • Follow and manage project timetables, identify implementation risks, work on solutions
  • Prepare and submit Monitoring reports to responsible Managing Authorities
  • Manage communication to third parties and stakeholders during project implementation
  • Draft Applications and Technical Proposals under managing international training and mobility projects like internships, volunteering, youth exchanges and training courses.
  • Participate in the formulation of vivid partnerships in order to send or receive students/staff

Requirements

  • Academic background with a Bachelor's or/and a Master’s degree
  • Excellent English Knowledge (both written and oral).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Mobilities field
  • Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)
  • Responsibility, consistency, and adherence to strict deadlines
  • Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
  • Administrative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of a second language will be considered a strong asset.
