About the role
- Provide on-site customer support related to Company product or service installation, training, and troubleshooting
- Install equipment at customer locations
- Train customers in the use of Company products, equipment, and services
- Provide documentation and other training materials
- Troubleshoot customer problems and issues
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Research customers prior to site visits to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or practice management background preferred
- Veterinary/Veterinary Nurse or other applicable degree preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
- Effective listening skills
- Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
- Full UK driving license
- Willing to travel up to 70% of the time with overnight stays if required
