About the role

  • Provide on-site customer support related to Company product or service installation, training, and troubleshooting
  • Install equipment at customer locations
  • Train customers in the use of Company products, equipment, and services
  • Provide documentation and other training materials
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and issues
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Research customers prior to site visits to enhance customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
  • Training and/or practice management background preferred
  • Veterinary/Veterinary Nurse or other applicable degree preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Effective listening skills
  • Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of the time with overnight stays if required
