About the role
- Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and other internal teams to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
- Install, onboard, and train staff in clinics on IDEXX products and services
- Provide onsite technical support for customer needs
- Plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or practice management background preferred
- Veterinary/Veterinary Nurse or other applicable degree preferred
- Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
- Effective listening skills
- Computer networking experience preferred
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
