About the role

  • Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and other internal teams to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
  • Install, onboard, and train staff in clinics on IDEXX products and services
  • Provide onsite technical support for customer needs
  • Plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
  • Training and/or practice management background preferred
  • Veterinary/Veterinary Nurse or other applicable degree preferred
  • Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
  • Effective listening skills
  • Computer networking experience preferred
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
