About the role
- Manage business line revenue and margin
- Develop commercial tactics and strategies to drive customer growth of NA F&S Electronics products
- Formulate, execute, and maintain business line strategies, product plans, and roadmaps
- Oversee Business Line sales forecasts and tactical plans
- Guide NPD prioritization and investment in alignment with strategic plan and market conditions
Requirements
- BS in Science / Engineering or Business Management (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Sales/Marketing and/or Product Development roles
- Preferably in an OEM sales environment
- Excellent business and commercial acumen
- Proven track record of progressive growth in responsibility and leadership/business competencies
