Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience coaching and developing sales representatives
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics and JD Edwards /Oracle)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
