💰 $67,500 - $101,300 per year
About the role
- Drive and support sales opportunities through CRM and ABM systems
- Collaborate with Business Development teams on leads and opportunities
- Identify and quantify new business opportunities; lead mining
- Complete distributor quotes per request of Sales and BD
- Review CRM activity and enter document and account information for leads and projects
- Proactively search targeted construction/addition/renovation projects for lead generation
- Serve as first point of contact for leads to engage and vet opportunities
- Load and maintain project list in CRM and distribute qualified leads to BD team
- Utilize ABM system to monitor website activity, pull leads, and support email campaigns
- Provide weekly report on lead gen activities and progress
Requirements
- Strong collaborator / team player
- Self-motivated, excellent organizational, planning and presentation skills
- Selling and relationship skills
- Willingness to travel, up to 20%
- Fluent in Spanish language a plus
- A college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
- Understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms
- Knowledge of market research and lead generation techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient at marketing and sales systems and/or lead generation software and services
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
