About the role

  • Deliver top-tier technical support to end users across the global network
  • Troubleshoot operating systems, networking, printers, VPN, shared folders, and productivity software
  • Provide employees and remote Thailand employees with configured endpoint hardware and access to corporate resources
  • Collaborate with the corporate IT Team to implement global IT projects
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical network and system issues with cross-functional global teams
  • Proactively monitor IT infrastructure for performance issues and vulnerabilities
  • Implement and maintain security protocols including firewall configurations, access controls, and data encryption
  • Maintain documentation, JIRA Service Desk tickets, and hardware/software inventory
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and backups; monitor daily backups and perform quarterly restorations
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and identify opportunities for IT process improvements and automation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken Thai and English language
  • 3+ years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 support or administrative experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10+11, MS Server 2019, and above
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Command line tools in Windows (cmd.exe, and PowerShell)
  • Network configurations (Local switch network ports, WIFI, MS Active Directory)
  • Ability to maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks in JIRA Service Desk
  • Ability to balance business operations versus security
  • Attentive to detail, honest and dependable
  • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
