About the role
- Contribute to the HR strategy for the scope
- Support managers in developing their teams
- Identify and track high-potential/talent employees
- Support the rollout of compensation and benefits policies
- Handle individual cases, including disciplinary matters
- Implement the Division's HR processes
- Prepare, lead and follow up on the Works Council (CSE)
- Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school with a specialization in Human Resources
- At least 5 years of professional experience with responsibility for an HR remit
- Ability to work independently and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
- Fluent in English
