About the role

  • Act as a functional and managerial lead for the Finance & Procurement application domain within a global IT organization.
  • Manage a team of senior Business Analysts (Level 3) and ensure the consistency, stability, and evolution of the Group Core Model across Finance, Procurement, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Own, enforce the Group Core Model for Finance and Procurement within D365 F&O.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with the Core Model and global standards.
  • Review, challenge, and approve functional designs, gap analyses, and solution proposals.
  • Act as functional lead on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and transition of legacy systems, including AX 2009 (nice-to-have).
  • Act as a key interface between Global Finance & Procurement business teams, IT delivery teams and system integrators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8+) on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • D365 F&O certifications mandatory (MB-310).
  • Strong functional expertise in Finance and Procurement processes.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (P2P & O2C, including intercompany transaction).
  • Exposure to EPM, controlling, consolidation, or performance management solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
