About the role

  • Oversee end-to-end printing and packaging operations
  • Ensure quality control for all printed materials and packaging outputs
  • Review job cards, packaging specifications, dielines, artworks, and color standards
  • Support machine setup, changeover, and basic troubleshooting
  • Conduct print trials, shade approvals, and customer requirement alignment
  • Maintain SOPs, production records, and compliance documentation
  • Validate shade cards, mockups, color proofs, and digital print samples
  • Modify designs, fix alignment/text issues, update dielines as per requirement
  • Ensure all artworks are print-ready and aligned with customer standards
  • Coordinate with artwork, production, QC, procurement, marketing, and dispatch teams
  • Supplier coordination for materials, color samples, and print approvals
  • Customer coordination for artwork clarification and technical queries

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Flexo, Digital, Gravure)
  • Good understanding of packaging materials: cartons, labels, mono cartons, inserts, films, foils and corrugation
  • Basic to intermediate color management & proofing knowledge
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PS), CorelDRAW
  • Ability to create/modify dielines and prepare print-ready files
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelines
