About the role
- Oversee end-to-end printing and packaging operations
- Ensure quality control for all printed materials and packaging outputs
- Review job cards, packaging specifications, dielines, artworks, and color standards
- Support machine setup, changeover, and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct print trials, shade approvals, and customer requirement alignment
- Maintain SOPs, production records, and compliance documentation
- Validate shade cards, mockups, color proofs, and digital print samples
- Modify designs, fix alignment/text issues, update dielines as per requirement
- Ensure all artworks are print-ready and aligned with customer standards
- Coordinate with artwork, production, QC, procurement, marketing, and dispatch teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Flexo, Digital, Gravure)
- Good understanding of packaging materials: cartons, labels, mono cartons, inserts, films, foils and corrugation
- Basic to intermediate color management & proofing knowledge
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator (AI) Adobe Photoshop (PS) CorelDRAW
- Ability to create/modify dielines and prepare print-ready files
