About the role

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to general contractors, property managers, and developers
  • Identify active construction projects and upcoming bid opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships to position Ideal Siding as a preferred vendor
  • Track outreach, leads, and opportunities in internal systems (CRM)
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
  • Coordinate meetings between commercial stakeholders and internal teams
  • Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional communication
  • Coordinate scheduling for project managers
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or B2B outreach
  • Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails daily
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
