About the role
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to general contractors, property managers, and developers
- Identify active construction projects and upcoming bid opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships to position Ideal Siding as a preferred vendor
- Track outreach, leads, and opportunities in internal systems (CRM)
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
- Coordinate meetings between commercial stakeholders and internal teams
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries
- Provide clear, helpful, and professional communication
- Coordinate scheduling for project managers
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, or B2B outreach
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails daily
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience working with contractors, construction, or home services
- Bonus: Experience with US-based markets
