Backend Engineer

• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 software engineers
• Oversee the development of new features on the Beakon EHS platform
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Work across the full software development lifecycle aligned to the product roadmap
• Communicate progress and identify delivery risks where needed
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical decisions
• Promote good engineering practices including testing and documentation
• Support Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and empowerment

• Design, build, and modernise cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
• Collaborate within an Agile team and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle

• Work independently on assigned tasks, with support available when needed
