About the role
- Design, build, and modernise cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
- Collaborate within an Agile team and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle
- Work closely with Development Managers, Team Leaders, and fellow engineers to deliver well‑designed, cloud‑hosted solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality features
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, aligned with the product roadmap
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and fix software defects
- Write unit tests and documentation to support your work
- Share ideas and contribute to team practices and technical decisions
Requirements
- Around 2+ years’ experience in a software development role
- Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
- Familiar with React Native best practices such as functional components, hooks, and navigation
- Experience building responsive mobile UIs for Android and iOS
- Comfortable delivering features within a production / enterprise application
- Experience using Git or other version control tools
- Basic understanding of UX and design principles
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
- Some experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum)
