- Build a claims team from the ground up and lead strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies for compliance, efficiency, and claim outcomes
- Drive initiatives to improve outcomes through process optimization
- Establish metrics and KPIs for performance and compliance
- Leverage analytics for actionable strategies
- Streamline workflows and implement technology solutions
- Collaborate with claims teams to resolve escalated issues

- Ensure robust internal controls and timely remediation of audit findings
- Manage technical claims operations ensuring compliance and accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years’ claims experience required
- Experience leading and supervising claims professionals
- Experience with diverse jurisdictions is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Adjuster Certification may be required depending upon role and jurisdiction (must be obtained within 6 months of hire if needed)
