About the role
- Partnering with hiring managers and the HR team to understand position requirements.
- Screening resumes and evaluating applicants.
- Scheduling and conducting phone interviews.
- Conducting competency behavioral-based interviews.
- Providing status updates to HR and hiring managers as necessary.
- Conducting reference checks and assisting with background check processes.
- Collecting interview feedback and documenting candidate assessments throughout the interview process.
- Partnering with agencies and job board representatives.
- Provide expertise in branding, attracting, and acquiring high-performing talent.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the ICU Medical culture, products, business model, and the medical device industry.
- Ensure candidates experience a quality recruiting and interview process.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR performing staffing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with recruitment systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of employment laws and government regulations related to talent acquisition processes.
