About the role

Lead and manage all phases of medical device with safety software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to guide design, configuration, and execution of implementation plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and outcomes.
Lead remote clinical education sessions, ensuring stakeholders are trained effectively and prepared for go-live.
Oversee go-live activities, providing on-site or remote clinical support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical staff, technical teams, and customers, to align project goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, clinical deliverables, and status reports.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in medical device implementations.
Strong clinical background with experience in in home infusion and alternate site, healthcare systems, medical devices, or related fields.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., PMP, CRNI®, OCN®) is highly desirable.
