About the role

  • Lead and manage all phases of medical device with safety software implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to guide design, configuration, and execution of implementation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and outcomes.
  • Lead remote clinical education sessions, ensuring stakeholders are trained effectively and prepared for go-live.
  • Oversee go-live activities, providing on-site or remote clinical support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical staff, technical teams, and customers, to align project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, clinical deliverables, and status reports.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in medical device implementations.
  • Strong clinical background with experience in in home infusion and alternate site, healthcare systems, medical devices, or related fields.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., PMP, CRNI®, OCN®) is highly desirable.
