Owning the product roadmap for the solutions delivered to the customers
Building the backlog of changes with the customer and making sure the customers vision aligns with the solution requirements
Overall accountability for the customer relationship, working with all levels of seniority
Working to build strong relationships between iCoTech and the customer
Owning technical elements of the solution deployments, understanding licencing
Building PoC's for new customer requirements
Architecting solutions to meet complex customer requirements
Supporting the teams with Technical Demonstrations, on Teams and Face to Face in trade shows
Analyzing the customers specific requirements, defining appropriate solutions based on the Power Platform
Running workshops with the customers, and completing the required documentation
Co-Ordinating engagements with the customer, managing these through the full lifecycle
Configuring the solutions, whether its Power BI Reports, Power Automate Workflows, or Power Apps specifically
Leading the roll out, user training and handover of the applications to the customers

Requirements

Proven experience of Power Platform - Power Apps (Model and Canvas), Power BI, Power Automate
Proven experience as a Consultant - Working on client engagements, delivering outcomes for clients
Proven experience of Team Management - Building teams of capability, to enable others to deliver
Ideally Project/PMO/Portfolio Management training, e.g PRINCE2, MSP etc
Ideally experience of a Project/PMO/Portfolio/Programme delivery.
Ideally of Project Online/Project for the Web would be great
Ideally Microsoft Modern Work/ Business Application Certifications
Ideally Dynamics CRM experience
Ideally Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps and Co-Pilot experience
