• Improve Portfolio visibility, delivery confidence, financial control and forward planning.
• Ensure our internal systems are built to the suitable standards.
• Build and manage the Portfolio Reporting tools. (Power BI).
• Build the tools that allow the Finances to be tracked, managed, monitored and reported on.
• Ensure the application of our Governance Standards are applied.
• Support the Consultants & Practice Manager when Change Control is required.
• Manage and maintain the Resource Plans using MS Project and Project Online.
• Manage the weekly timesheet process.
• Manage the monthly invoicing and month end process.

• Understand customer pain points and objectives
• Build complex solutions and support testing and implementation
• Own product roadmap for solutions delivered to customers
• Overall accountability for customer relationship
• Work with all levels of seniority to build strong relationships
• Own technical elements of solution deployments
• Architect solutions to meet complex customer requirements
• Support teams with technical demonstrations
• Analyze customer needs and objectives via workshops
• Coordinate engagements with customers through full lifecycle
• Configure Power BI Reports, Power Automate Workflows, or Power Apps
• Lead rollout, user training, and handover of applications to customers
